Material Authorization (RMA) Policy
When returning equipment to PTI Europe you must first call
for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be visible on the outside of the package
as well as on the product inside the package.Equipment requiring an RMA number includes, but is not limited
to:
PTI has implemented this policy in order to improve service to our
customers. RMA numbers help us to track receipt of packages, identify reasons for returns, insure prompt
repair and return, insure proper replacement of damaged or faulty equipment, and insure proper credit.
