Policy
PTI Falcon Access Control System
PTI Europe warrants equipment manufactured by PTI to the
original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period
of two years from the date of shipment, provided recommended installation and maintenance procedures are
followed, and provided that the warranty registration card is promptly completed and returned to PTI Europe.
In case of failure due to material or workmanship during the warranty
period, components found to be defective upon examination by PTI in its sole discretion, will be repaired
or replaced with new or factory rebuilt components at the option of PTI. Replacement parts are warranted
only for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or 90 days which ever is longer. When returning
your equipment to PTI, you must first contact our technical support unit by telephone at (480) 941-1513,
by email at support@ptiaccess.com, or by filling
out our Technical Support Request Form
for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
The warranty does not extend to normal maintenance, which the customer
is expected to provide. Further, this warranty does not extend to equipment or component systems manufactured
by others and sold by PTI. In such cases, the original manufacturer's warranty shall apply.
The warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, expressed
or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. This warranty shall not extend to damage due to improper installation, maintenance, or use, connection
to improper power sources, or to damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, power surge, or other acts of
nature. In no event shall PTI Europe be liable for any incidental or consequential damages
due to any defect or failure of equipment. back to top
