Return for Credit Policy
Equipments purchased from PTI Europe that is no longer needed,
may be returned for credit if the following conditions are met:
- Equipment must be in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging
- Equipment must be in new condition with no evidence of use
- Equipment must be returned within 60 days of original purchase
- Return and Credit must be approved by PTI prior to return
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
When returning your equipment to PTI, you must first contact our technical support unit by telephone at
(480) 941-1513, by email at support@ptiaccess.com,
or by filling out our Technical Support
Request Form for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Equipment must be returned to PTI freight prepaid with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package,
as well as on the product inside.
When equipment is received by PTI, a credit invoice will be issued,
excluding freight. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. |
