Replacement Policy
Please open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt, comparing
contents with the packing slip. PTI Manufactured Equipment, which is received defective or damaged, must
be returned to PTI within 14 business days of receipt to warrant an Advance Replacement.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
When returning your equipment to PTI, you must first contact our technical support unit by telephone at
(480) 941-1513, by email at support@ptiaccess.com,
or by filling out our Technical Support
Request Form for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Equipment must be returned to PTI freight prepaid, in the original packaging, with the RMA number visible
on the outside of the package, as well as on the product inside.
Once an RMA is established, PTI will ship new equipment to replace the
defective or damaged equipment and an invoice will be generated. When defective or damaged equipment is
received by PTI, in original packaging, a credit for the invoice, excluding freight, will be issued. If
the defective equipment is not returned to PTI, the invoice must be paid.
It will be the sole discretion of PTI to repair or replace equipment
returned defective or damaged, with new or factory rebuilt components as stipulated under the warranty
policy. |
